Hi, I'm Allison.

I am a Certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach specializing in menstrual disturbances, disordered eating, and compulsive exercise. I love supporting you to get unstuck in your routine with food & exercise and feel empowered in your body.

My story

I'm just like you. As a marathoner, corporate high achiever, and former NCAA cheerleader, I have experienced the pressures to optimize nutrition, meet external body image standards, and aggressively train to be fit.

As a result, I struggled with disordered eating and overtraining for 6 years: resulting in a missing period, feeling exhausted all the time, and completely stuck in my rigidity with food and exercise. Doctors told me that my missing period was okay rather than diagnosing me with Hypothalamic Amenorrhea, and a lot of recovery programs hyper-fixated on food without acknowledging the struggles I had with exercise.

After seeing how prevalent this issue was, especially amongst active women, I have now coached clients for years to overcome RED-S, HA, disordered eating, & compulsive exercise to feel confident in their bodies and freedom in their routine.
