I'm just like you. As a marathoner, corporate high achiever, and former NCAA cheerleader, I have experienced the pressures to optimize nutrition, meet external body image standards, and aggressively train to be fit.
As a result, I struggled with disordered eating and overtraining for 6 years: resulting in a missing period, feeling exhausted all the time, and completely stuck in my rigidity with food and exercise. Doctors told me that my missing period was okay or offered me hormonal interventions rather than addressing the underlying issue.
It turns out that the *majority* of active women make the same mistakes I did, yet there is growing research on how to manage your diet & training so that you can truly feel your best. Some of the changes are hard, I get it - so through my program we work on evidence-based changes with mentorship that transforms your relationship with food & exercise.
